If you have multiple pets, or a pet you've lost alongside one you still have, we can merge them into the same composition. Memorial pieces are something we take particular care with. We can take photos from different sources and combine them into a single composition, adjusting scale so that everyone stands together in believable proportion.

How we make it work
Every Vale Crafted watercolour portrait is designed in the UK by our team from your photograph, using digital tools and manual touchups to refine the final composition. Before we print and frame anything, we send you a preview by email or WhatsApp to approve. Only when you're happy do we go to print.
We frame everything ourselves in our Wolverhampton studio. A5 and A4 sizes use a 3.5cm acrylic-and-glass frame; A3 uses a 1cm wooden frame with an acrylic front. All printing is on museum-grade matte paper.
We process most orders the next working day after preview approval, and ship via Royal Mail Tracked. If you change your mind for any reason, we offer 100 days of free returns.
