Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Vale Crafted. We take great care preparing every personalised order, and we work hard to get it to you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Lyrics prints: orders placed before 12:00 (midday) on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after midday are dispatched the next working day.

Pencil and watercolour portraits: we send you a preview of your artwork by email the next working day, using the contact details you provide at checkout. Once you confirm by 14:00 that you're happy, we print, frame, and dispatch the same or next working day.

All orders are designed and produced by our team at our UK studio in Wolverhampton. Lyrics prints are hand-crafted in the UK with metallic foil applied by hand.

Royal Mail collects from our studio every weekday afternoon, which is how we keep dispatch fast and consistent.

Delivery Methods and Times

We use Royal Mail Tracked for all UK deliveries, so your parcel is fully traceable from our door to yours.

  • Free 48-hour Tracked delivery on all orders under £60
  • Free 24-hour Tracked Express delivery on orders over £60 (normally £3.99)

We deliver to all UK postcodes, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number at the address you provided at checkout, so you can follow its progress.

Keeping in Touch

We use the contact details you provide at checkout to send your artwork preview (for portraits), your tracking number, and any updates about your order. To make sure these reach you smoothly, please double-check your email address is correct when you place your order.

If your details change between order and delivery — or if you'd prefer we contact you a different way — just drop us a line at info@valecrafted.co.uk with your order number and we'll update them straight away.

Damaged in Transit

In the rare event your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send you a replacement at our cost — no return required for damaged items. Just send us a photo of the damage along with your order number.
