Can you draw any photo, not just portraits?

Yes, any photo you have. If we can’t do it, or it’s not up to your standard, we will issue an immediate refund, no questions asked.

Does the price change if there are multiple people in the photo?

No, the price stays the same regardless of how many people are in the photo.

I have multiple people in different photos, I want them all together in one final A3 size frame. Is this possible?

Yes, absolutely. We specialise in combining subjects from separate photos into one seamless portrait. Our artists carefully scale and arrange everyone side-by-side, ensuring proportions look natural and cohesive. If you have a specific layout in mind, you can specify positions in your order notes or via email, and we will follow your instructions exactly.

To ensure you are 100% satisfied, we send a digital preview of the artwork via email before we print. You can request adjustments or even a full refund at this stage. Our return rate is exceptionally low because of this preview step, but if you're not happy at any stage we offer 100 days of free returns.

Can I see a preview before my order is shipped?

We send previews for every order, we don't take any risks. Still, if you'd like even more peace of mind, email info@valecrafted.co.uk after you purchase and request a preview.
